Insurance Office of America was founded by John and Valli Ritenour in 1988. In twenty five years IOA has grown to one of the county’s largest agency ranking among the top 15 privately held agencies in the country.
The bond operation is led by Barry Page, a twenty five year veteran in strategic business planning and operations. Before coming to Insurance Office of America in 2012 Barry spent the previous decade as Chief Operating Officer for a national bond-only agency growing it to one of the largest agencies in California. Managing nearly 600 bonds per month Barry has brought those systems and expert ice to IOA and has quickly made a significant impact.
